The following terms and conditions apply without exception to all sales by Plush Pram Furs to the Purchaser.

1.     GENERAL TERMS

The  purchase of goods, including promotional products , is comprehensibly  limited to the terms herein and any additional or different terms or conditions on Buyer`s purchase order or any other instrument, agreement, or understanding are deemed to be material alterations and are rejected and not binding upon Plush Pram Fur. PLUSH PRAM FURS`s acceptance of Buyer`s purchase order is expressly conditional upon Buyer`s assent to the terms and conditions contained herein in their entirety. Buyer`s acceptance of delivery from PLUSH PRAM FURS constitutes Buyer`s acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2. ORDERING

All orders for PLUSH PRAM FURS goods are to be completed on line. 

3.  PRICES.

PLUSH PRAM FURS may change the prices and specifications of any of its goods at its sole discretion and without any notice, otherwise, PLUSH PRAM FURS standard prices apply at time of order.

4. PAYMENT.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all payments are to be in GBP unless otherwise stated in writing by PLUSH PRAM FURS and are due in PLUSH PRAM FURS`s account before dispatch takes place.

5.  MAKING PAYMENT  BY SWIPE

The payment section of Plush Pram Furs is operated by SWIPE and is completely safe and secure.

Transactions are carried out on SWIPE's secure server which has 128 bit encryption. To make a secure payment, our site will take you to a secure SWIPE branded page.  This is the page you will see in order to complete payment for your order with Plush Pram Furs. Once you have successfully made your purchase, you will be redirected to the Plush Pram Furs website and your basket will be empty. You will be able to log in and see progress of your orders and history at any time. 

Our site is regularly scanned by Trustwave meaning that we are secure and compliant with safety of information.

PLEASE NOTE.  We do not have access to card details as this is handled securely by SWIPE.

6. DELIVERY.

We will indicate on the front page of the website how long turnaround is taking at any one time and this will change. In the event that any goods are to be delivered to the Buyer or to his order outside of the England, Scotland and Wales, PLUSH PRAM FURS shall be entitled to add to the invoice price a reasonable sum in respect of carriage charges. We will always quote these at cost. Within 14 days of delivery, any claim for damage must be reported in writing to PLUSH PRAM FURS, otherwise all goods will be deemed delivered and accepted. Title to the goods shall pass to Buyer when it has paid the full price for the goods, and until such time as full payment is made.  

7. CANCELLATION.

If the Buyer shall at any time cancel any purchase order or refuse to accept delivery of the goods, the Seller reserves the right to retain a proportion of the purchase price to cover out of pocket costs, such as postage etc.

8. RETURNS – STOCKED ITEMS.

Plush Pram Furs returns policy has been set up to keep costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us before sending any item back, by filling in the returns form.

We strongly recommend that you use a secure means of returns postage with proof of delivery.
